Welcome to Balance, Alberta’s first Indigenous Health and Wellness Expo. Join us on May 25 - 26, 2024, at the West Edmonton Ice Palace to discover all things Indigenous health and wellness and more.

Indigenous culture has always been dynamic, and wellness is an inherent aspect. Balance Expo is a new event that aims to reclaim and share Indigenous health and wellness.

Balance will strive to educate and demonstrate the lifestyle teachings of our ancestors, meanwhile incorporating new information to contribute to this ancient and ongoing chain of knowledge. Balance will strive to empower people of all ages to take the necessary steps to improve their overall wellness and make their health a priority.

The Balance Expo will connect inspirational speakers, authors, and leaders with those looking at becoming the best version of themselves.

Inspire Group, along with key partners, will host “Balance” the first Indigenous Health & Wellness Expo in Edmonton, Alberta.

There will be health and wellness professionals in a variety of disciplines such as Indigenous health and healing, mental health, massage, nutrition, yoga and body work, fitness professionals, and more!

There’s plenty of magic under the glass dome of the Ice Palace including figure skating, senior skate, hockey, and non-ice activities such as concerts and fundraising events. The Ice Palace has recently undergone a $3,000,000 renovation.
